Public search needs no account. Teryli Field is a field toolkit for behavioral-health outreach and community relationships. Both Field plans start with a 7-day trial that needs no credit card.
Field prices are a test for new customers, not final list prices. Current customers keep their current rates. Before billing starts, Teryli confirms who is buying and which named users are covered. Fred prepares research, context, and drafts for review; do not enter PHI or client details.
Claims and corrections are free. Listings are not for sale.
Listed and claimed: free. Programs can claim a listing and submit corrections to their services, locations, populations, and intake contact. Submitted information remains labeled as program-reported until it is checked against an available source.
Last-checked confirmation: free. When a program confirms its facts, its record shows the date, at no charge. Every listing shows its sources and last-checked dates the same way, and no listing gets a badge. Claim status never changes search order, filters, map pins or labels.
A listing, a claim or a last-checked date is not an endorsement, recommendation, availability guarantee or clinical-fit decision. None of them buys referral access, visibility or rank. This site collects listing requests only and takes no payment for them.

Why is sober living priced separately?
It is a smaller operating product. It excludes facility-side referral, analytics, and funder-reporting scope that many independent houses do not need.
How do you count a program?
By separately managed operating workflow or service line, not by beds, houses, census, patients, residents, referrals, or users. Residential houses can share one program when leadership, workflow, permissions, and reporting are standardized; nine or more residential locations in scope use Enterprise pricing.
Does Teryli replace our EHR?
No. Teryli is the operational coordination layer around the systems your team already uses.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes. If your workspace will hold protected health information, we sign a Business Associate Agreement with you before any of it goes in. It sits alongside our Master Subscription Agreement and your order form.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry cyber liability and professional liability (E&O) insurance. Certificate of insurance available on request.
Does Teryli connect to our EHR?
Not today. Setup includes one standard import of data you provide. After that, Teryli replaces the tracking spreadsheet and the status thread. Clinical notes stay in your EHR.
Does Teryli Field include Fred?
Yes. Fred is your Teryli Executive Assistant for Directory research using de-identified criteria, call and stop preparation, field-day planning, and reviewable follow-up drafts. Fred never sends outreach or makes clinical or placement decisions.
Do you have a plan for more than one rep?
Yes. Field Team is $249/month, or $2,490/year, for one organization’s named outreach staff, and it is not priced per seat. Private Books and notes stay private by default.
What happens after a demo?
We confirm the programs and workflow in scope, then put the exact setup, monthly fee, term, and go-live plan in the order form.
