Your families.
Your programs.
Your call.
Teryli keeps your family records, releases, program contacts and follow-ups in one place. One price covers the whole practice, and you make every recommendation.
One price per practice. Everyone in it included.
Three tiers for consulting and case-management practices. Every tier includes every feature and everyone in the practice.
Your tier depends only on your offices or brands and your newsletter and storage allowances. It never depends on people, families, referrals or placements.
What setup covers
- Importing your professional contacts from your current spreadsheet or contact export.
- Setting up your workspace, with case codes so no family is filed under a surname.
- Loading your own agreement and release wording as templates.
- Setting up your newsletter sending domain and mailing address.
- Setting Directory filters for the kinds of programs you work with.
- Training everyone in your practice.
The terms, plainly
One price per practice. It does not change when you hire, when someone leaves, or when you take on more families.
Setup is charged when you sign up.
Every practice pays setup, on every tier. There are no promo codes, founding rates, discounts or waivers.
Programs never pay any part of a consultant’s plan.
A separate firm that is not part of your practice needs its own plan.
You know the work.
Keeping it straight is a second job.
A consulting week runs on phone calls, releases, site visits and promises made in passing. Most practices hold it together with a spreadsheet, a calendar, an inbox and memory. That works until a week gets busy.
A parent calls from the car after another school meeting. You book the consultation and ask for the names of everyone who has worked with their son.
Before you call the therapist or the psychiatrist, you need signed releases. Which ones came back? Which one runs out next month?
Three programs in two days. Your visit notes are on your phone, the brochures are in the rental car, and the questions you meant to ask are in an email to yourself.
The weekly call with the primary therapist at the wilderness program. Then the update to the family. Then the note you will write tonight.
The referring therapist asks how things are going. You can answer only if the release covers her. Does it?
Week six. The program is talking about a step-down. You start the next round of research, set up the call between therapists, and keep the admit date, the travel and the first family call straight.
Somewhere in that week is the newsletter you last sent in the spring.
From the first call to the transition. One record, built in the order you work.
Here is where Teryli fits each stage of an engagement. Every line below is included in every tier. Setup is charged when you sign up.
Fictional programs and initials only.
- Program Directory. Free and public, no account needed. 6,062 program records across 46 states and DC, as of Oct 1, 2026, each with sources, last-checked dates and the fields nobody has checked yet.
- My Book. Your contact book for admissions directors, program therapists, referring professionals and peer consultants, with notes on every call and visit.
- Business card scanning. Photograph a card with your phone at a conference and review the contact before it saves.
- Contact import and export. Bring your contacts in from a CSV file and take them out the same way.
- Follow-ups. Every next step gets a date and shows up when it is due.
- Route planning. Pick the programs you are visiting and get a stop order for one day of visits, handed off to your maps app.
- Family records. One record per family under a case code, with the stage, the referring professional, guardians and dated, non-clinical notes. What a family record may hold is agreed in writing before any real family goes in.
- Releases. Who signed, which people and programs each release covers, in which direction, and when it runs out. A reminder before it expires, and a warning before you share without one.
- Agreements. Your engagement agreement and release wording as templates, with a record of when each was signed. Teryli does not write your agreement or release language.
- Fee records. What you quoted, what retainer came in and what is still open, with a CSV for your accounting tool. Teryli records payments. It never collects them.
- Options and placements. The options tracker, the family options summary, placement history across step-downs, and monitoring calls on a schedule.
- Debriefs and visit reports. Turn what you promised on a call or a visit into dated follow-ups. Visit reports with the same fields every time.
- Your team. A login for everyone in the practice, shared professional contacts, reassigning a family or a follow-up, and a team week view.
- Newsletters. Separate lists for families and for professionals, with a check for case codes and initials before every send.
- Fred program briefs. Fred, Teryli’s assistant, drafts a brief on a program from public sources. Fred does not give advice on whether a program suits a student.
- Document storage. Keep releases, agreements and applications in Teryli: 25 GB on Independent Practice and 100 GB on Group Practice.
Teryli holds the working side of an engagement: who, when and what is next. Clinical and testing reports stay in your own storage.
Neutral by design.
Your judgment stays yours.
You already follow strict rules about money and programs. Teryli is built to sit inside them.
Teryli organizes your research and follow-up. You make every recommendation.
Teryli also sells operations software to some treatment programs. That never changes a listing, its order in results or its facts, and it never gives a program any view into your practice.
The Directory shows its sources, the date each fact was last checked, and what is still unknown. A last-checked date is a research note, not an endorsement. Call the program to confirm current openings and admissions criteria.
These are Teryli’s own rules. No professional association has reviewed or endorsed Teryli.
What consultants usually ask.
Do programs pay Teryli?
Some treatment programs pay Teryli for operations software. No program pays for your plan or for a spot in the Directory, and no program can buy a listing, a badge or a better position. Being a Teryli customer never changes a program’s listing or its order, and it never gives a program any view into your practice.
Do programs see my families’ information?
No. Your families’ information never goes to programs, including programs that use Teryli.
Which tier fits my practice?
One office under one practice name is Independent Practice, at $299/month, whether you work alone or with a team. Two or three offices or names is Group Practice, at $599/month. Four or more, or more than one company, is Network, priced for you. Every tier has every feature and everyone in the practice. The tiers differ only in offices or brands, newsletter and storage allowances, and support.
Why not price per user?
Because you should not have to ration logins. Your associate and your office manager should work from the same records you do. You pay one price for the practice, and it does not change when you hire, when someone leaves, or when you take on more families.
Can my associates and office manager log in?
Yes. Everyone in the practice gets a login at no extra cost. That includes contractors who work under your practice’s name. A separate firm needs its own plan. Setup is charged when you sign up.
What is included?
Every feature on this page is in every tier, for everyone in the practice. Group Practice has higher newsletter and storage allowances, plus priority support and a quarterly workflow review. The free Program Directory needs no account. Setup is charged when you sign up.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export your contacts to CSV at any time. A full practice export, with families by case code, follow-ups, releases, agreements and fee records, is included.
Does Teryli place students or rank programs?
No. Teryli does not place students, refer families or rank programs, and there are no fit scores. The Directory shows sources, last-checked dates and what is still unknown. Teryli organizes your research and follow-up. You make every recommendation.
What if I never send a newsletter?
Your price is the same. The plan is priced around the core work, keeping each family’s record from the first call to the transition. Newsletters are included, not added on. If all you need is program research, the Program Directory is free.
One made-up family is enough to start.
Book a walkthrough. I will show you the Directory and a workspace with fictional families and programs, and we will work out which tier fits your practice. Please do not send real family information until your agreement is signed.
