Flat, operational pricing

Pricing that follows the operation, not the headcount.

Choose the workspace that matches the work you need to keep visible. Teryli is never priced by user seat, bed, census, referral, placement, admission, or patient volume.

Every plan is a flat software subscription. Published pricing covers up to eight programs; Enterprise and complex rollouts are scoped before signing.

Operations workspaces

Start with the operating model you actually run.

Sober-living operations are intentionally packaged separately from the broader clinical and referral-coordination workspace.

Scope your operation

How we count a program: A program is a separately managed operating workflow or service line that needs its own configuration, permissions, onboarding, or reporting. Beds, houses, buildings, census, patients, residents, referrals, and users are not counted by themselves. Multiple residential houses may count as one program when they share one leadership structure, one standardized workflow, one permission model, and consolidated reporting. A house does not become a separate program only because it has its own address, roster, or house manager. The program count is confirmed in the order form before setup begins.

When Enterprise applies: Enterprise pricing applies at nine or more operating programs, or to a residential portfolio with nine or more physical locations in scope—even when those locations share one standardized program. Enterprise may also apply sooner to multi-brand, multi-entity, or multi-region rollouts; materially different workflows, permissions, or reporting; or work outside standard onboarding. Final programs covered, implementation scope, term, and fees are listed in the order form.

One-time setup

Setup pays for implementation, not access.

The goal is a usable operating workspace built around the team’s current process before go-live.

Workflow mapping

Map the programs, owners, handoffs, due items, and current tracking process that Teryli needs to support.

Workspace configuration

Configure the agreed workflow, operating structure, and access roles for the team.

Import + training

Import customer-provided data in a standard format and deliver live training before go-live.

Standard setup excludes custom software development, nonstandard data migration, integrations, travel, and managed services unless they are written into the order form.

Focused access

Not every buyer needs the full operations workspace.

Business-development users and programs maintaining their directory presence can start with a narrower product.

Directory + BD Access

Your book should stay your book.

Owner-scoped contact capture, relationship context, field routes, and Program Directory access for behavioral-health business development.

Neutral by design

The fee does not move with patient activity.

Teryli’s pricing is structurally separated from referral and placement outcomes.

No volume pricingNo per-patient, per-resident, per-admission, bed, census, or caseload charges.
No outcome pricingNo referral, placement, success, or admission fees—and no paid-priority ranking.
No seat taxClinical and operations workspace pricing includes unlimited users inside the agreed scope.

Pricing questions

What buyers usually ask.

Why is sober living priced separately?

It is a smaller operating product. It excludes facility-side referral, analytics, and funder-reporting scope that many independent houses do not need.

How do you count a program?

By separately managed operating workflow or service line—not by beds, houses, census, patients, residents, referrals, or users. Residential houses can share one program when leadership, workflow, permissions, and reporting are standardized; nine or more residential locations in scope use Enterprise pricing.

Does Teryli replace our EHR?

No. Teryli is the operational coordination layer around the systems your team already uses.

What happens after a demo?

We confirm the programs and workflow in scope, then put the exact setup, monthly fee, term, and go-live plan in the order form.
