Program Directory

Find programs your team can actually review.

The point is not to make a referral decision for you. It is to reduce the noise before you start calling, documenting, and following up.

Search by real criteria

Filter by location, level of care, age, population, specialty, and other practical criteria so what remains is a stronger fit to review.

Know what to verify

See last-known status, team-tracked notes, and the date each record was last checked, so you know what should be confirmed before sending anyone.

Keep your working list

Save the programs you actually use so your team is not rebuilding the same referral list from memory every week.

Table view

Review level of care, location, status, and last-checked dates in a working list.

Status discipline

See the last-known status and know what to verify before you call.

A directory is only useful when it is honest about certainty. Teryli keeps two things apart: what the program publishes about itself, and what your team has tracked. Neither is independent verification, and the record tells you when each was last checked.

Accepting

Team-tracked last-known status. Confirm before sending when timing matters.

Verify status

Call admissions before treating the program as available for a specific placement.

Published data

Directory record compiled from available sources and research notes.

Last checked

The date a record’s published details were collected. Older date, more to confirm.

Where the data comes from

Published by the program. Not independently verified.

Directory records are compiled from information programs publish about themselves, and each record carries the date it was last checked. Teryli does not confirm, validate, or attest to a program’s licensure, accreditation, or level of care — so confirm those directly with the program before you rely on them. Independent verification is not yet available. Saying so plainly is more useful to you than a badge that means less than it looks like it means.

Planned Directory standard

Professional field signals are not a quality rating.

We are designing a question-specific star system for signed-in Teryli professionals after a BD stop: responsiveness, fit clarity, and follow-through. It is not a family-review system, a clinical-quality score, or a way to buy a better directory position.

Not live yet

No peer signals are currently collected or shown in the Directory.

Aggregate only

When released, they will require enough recent, independent professional responses before anything is displayed.

No free text at launch

The first version will use structured questions only. No client details, stories, or protected health information belong there.

Never a ranking input

Paid plans, listing fees, referrals, placements, and outcomes will not influence a peer signal or Directory order.

For programs

Claim your listing

A facility-side listing — separate from the operational platform and the owner-scoped BD workspace above. Claiming is free, and it is how your own details replace whatever was collected about you.

Your program’s record in the Teryli Program Directory, stated by you: levels of care, populations served, admissions contact, and payer information. Claimed records show what you told us and the date it was last checked. Teryli does not independently verify program details, and claiming never affects search placement or ordering. Independent verification is not yet available.

Neutrality

Flat subscription. Neutral search. Rankings cannot be purchased.

Programs cannot pay to rank higher, appear first, be recommended, or influence a future peer signal. Software and listing fees remain independent of referral activity and outcomes.

For business development

Finding the program is only half the job.
